In June, Columna Capital welcomed an exclusive group of investors, founders, and industry leaders to the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme for an evening dedicated to showcasing innovation and outstanding performance across our portfolio.

Aptly titled Partnership Capital in Action, the event highlighted how Columna’s investment model, grounded in deep alignment and long-term value creation, translates into real-world impact across sectors. Attendees heard directly from the management teams leading transformative businesses in health tech, insurance services, animal health and dental care.

Driving Platform Growth Through Leadership

Hugues Salord and Jérémy Bracq of Santévet, Europe’s leading pet health insurance platform, opened the evening by sharing how digitalisation, data, and smart payment tools are simplifying the lives of pet parents across the continent. Their presentation underscored Santévet’s unique position at the intersection of insurance tech and animal health, and the significant opportunity ahead in both existing and new markets.

Physidia’s Julien Dolivet and Yannick Bourdin followed with a compelling discussion on the future of renal care. Physidia’s home dialysis solutions enable patients to receive life-sustaining treatment with greater autonomy, improving outcomes and quality of life while easing pressure on national health systems. The company’s strong clinical foundations and patient-first innovation were clear themes throughout the session.

Giovanni Campus and Antonio Marchitelli presented next, outlining how MSA Mizar is modernising legacy insurance claims workflows. They discussed how decades of industry experience have helped them identify and address persistent inefficiencies, enabling insurers to streamline operations and enhance customer experience through a proprietary, technology-driven platform.

The final presentation came from Mark Bischof, Rabah Nedir and Yves Corthésy of Ardentis, a fast-growing group of dental clinics based in Switzerland. They shared their approach to scaling premium, medically excellent dental offerings across a fragmented sector, underpinned by technology and a strong brand identity. Their session highlighted the structural resilience and growth potential of the dental care market, particularly when paired with disciplined expansion and operational excellence.

A Shared Commitment to Building with Intent

The event concluded with a reception, giving guests the opportunity to connect directly with founders and leadership teams in a more informal setting. Throughout the evening, a clear theme emerged: platform building requires more than just injected capital, it demands strategic clarity, operational depth, and truly aligned partnership.

Columna is proud to support these businesses as they continue to lead in their respective sectors. We remain committed to identifying, backing, and scaling high-quality platforms headquartered in our core regions of France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.
